KM'c Black Irish Bastid 3.0

that’s a crap long work day… hope that elbow clears up fast.

Hope you find your gear, and the shoulder is a quick blip, so you can carry all the good stuff to fill that apartment! Ill leave the butt squeezing comments to Mashy

dang you get a lot done in the gym. How much of your personally owned gear do you use in your work?

wow, just dropping in to pay the respect…I’ll need to log back on after work so I can actually watch the air humping!

What big 12 game are you doing and where?
Hope your shoulder gets better.

Thanks people
Elbow and shoulder seems ok think I just caught a clean poorly
My entire pchain and quads are crushed

Feels good

As for gear- it isn’t mine Its the gear we rented and used for the show
Amazing they found it… But we had to hire a local to go scour the Texas ranger stadium to locate it

Frenchi long days mean more cash
And usually they suck

Up nice to see you here, all ok we will see about the elbow
Hmmmmm should maschybe the only one with but squeezing powers,

Hard to be profitable

Lil powe thank you

I am dong the big 10 championship in Indianapolis 12/1

Wife and I chopped cooked and prepped for tomorrow for the bulk of the day

a brine of brown sugar, Salt
crushed :fennel seed, mustard seeds, peppercorns, juniper berries and some cardamom pods
crushed garlic and ginger- add that to like two gallons of water with
4 sliced sour oranges.
started that last night.

today we made
potato and celery root gratin
sausage and chestnut stuffing

tomorrow I will roast the turkey
do a saffron risotto with roasted butter nut squash
and roast an enormous pan of brussel sprouts

that is this years menu.

and a huge ass apple pie.

all that mobility shoulder stuffs paid off
had a ‘good’ pressing day
pullups felt great - z presses felt heavy.
floor preses stayed low volume as I wanted to do TRX.

Holy shit that sounds like a fancy schmancy Thanksgiving! Enjoy it bro, Have a great holiday!

Can I come over? That sounds like an amazing meal!

Happy Thanksgiving Kev!

Matty- we like to cook.

the brine is what makes that turkey taste awesome-
the rest is stuff we eat year round

Ddot= jump in- come on down.

that spread sounds delicious!

I didn’t know americans could cook :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

frenchi- shhhh I will tell you are secret

New Yorker’s are kinda like the furthest thing from Merica sometimes

Of course the dude eats fancy… he was working at the freaking Food Network!

No, please, everyone should have squeezing powers! Ladies, squeeze away, let’s get this guy black and blue!! wait wut?

UGH! Your snatch pulls are ridic!! And just when I was thinking they’re too hard…dang!

Glad the shoulder/elbow stuff went away, and that you found your gear, and that you had a delicious Turkey day, and that work is steady…Lots of good things Kev! Keep up the momentum!

Do you do anything soft tissue like for your neck? Mine hasn’t been happy lately and I can’t figure out how to get it to let go.

Also, I’d like to join the 5’5 with big hair club.

Squeezes (She said it was ok)

My PT and massage therapist both advised against doing soft tissue work on your own neck. I didn’t think to ask why.

Getting caught up on logs. Really solid work as always.

That spread sounded yummy!

james

Brined turkey, saffron risotto, roasted brussel sprouts…you, Sir, are not the stereotypical Meathead.

Awesome spread! Turkey brined in sugar, garlic, ginger, mustard (drool, drool), sausage/chestnut stuffing . . .

Wait - no pumpkin pie?

peaches canada K is mostly right- most therapists tell you take it easy on the neck

I tend to apply heat and ice and do lots of stretching- or I cant nod or turn my head.
even when tights rocking booty girls at the gym beckon.

Maschy- I am so glad you can share- as for ass I have p.l.e.n.t.y
so jump in.

James - thanks man I am trying.

Cav- no pumpkin pie, sigh no mashed potatoes, no gravy.

as for food network- they are a decent regular client-
the kicker low rates, and an online payroll timesheet portal that is belligerent

and usually takes up to two hours to do- its moronic I went to the ‘training’ twice.
see its not all air humps and glory here.

as for training did a bunch of KB swings and pushups and crap this AM
most likely will repeat… tonight.
busy stupid gig today- and flying out on Wed.
