fucked something up in my shoulder and going down my bicep and thru my elbow.
its happened before, lets see how this plays out.
all this snatch pull talk- so I did some
all good - the 405 ok too.
here is where my bicep thing started to twinge-
box squat ok did better with keeping elbows under the bar.
everything felt heavy as fug.
long long day yesterday- two different jobs 18 + hour day
