today sucked but I did something still fatigued from the
pulls the other day- go figure even on a trap bar pulling 405 x 24 does something
OH presses - def felt something not right on my right side.
I need to buy micro plates or just work with even more humiliating weights
pull-ups kept the reps low and avoided any bullshit
even dips felt hard today
other junk- huge swole speed curls felt less gay then curls
got about 5 lbs of bacala soaking for tomorrow night

Rows felt like ass- low back was toast from yesterday… surprise.
kept the rows super low to spare the elbows
presses felt ok-
seated row machine never did these for reps- good move they felt great
incline presses I felt all bodybuilder and shit
really 2 sets of high reps seems to fit the bill with this accessory stuff
t-bar stuff I really like these one arm variants they are fun and great for blood flow
I use the ends of the bar that you load plates on to push or pull with good for the wrist and elbows
