so I work some Texas baseball last night in Dallas-
hear I am getting on an AM plane to Chicgo-
but I end up getting a 4 pm flight and getting here at 6 pm.
I contacted Fisher- who lives close enough to chicago to know some good places to train.
we email and as I am waiting for luggage- Rick calls me with a place to train.

I felt good.
pulls felt heavy enough to just hit some singles- and leave some in the tank.
RDLS and krocs felt hard
wanted to do some more legs- but a long day of walking and a 5 our bus ride I skipped
batting ropes- I can see why people like these they are kinda cool
good cardio for upper body
I happen to have good forearms and grip from wrestling and work
big swole made me feel like I just wrestled or played judo.
