my shoulders are tight it has been a while.

ok - what was a mild glute sorenes

has moved on - glutes, hips hams all sore
but my shoulders are sore in a way after pressing or pulls never happens.
upper back too.

one session and I am already thinking of how to cycle front squats and box squats.

also I hit 4 solid days of training for the first time in a few months.

a ton of mobility- stuffs lunges scap work hip and glute work more shoulder shit

pullup dip face pull hanging leg raise 4x10-12
bb complex 65,95,135,155 x5

BO row, RDL ,power clean- pushpress

A1 pendlay Row 185 3x5 225 5x3
A2 loaded dip +45 8x8

B1 floor press flat legs 135x10 3x185x5
B2 low pulley row v grip 4x8-10

TRX a ton of stuff 5 rounds

including in no order
dips, pushups, flys, rows, face pulls, roll-outs, inverted pike, glute bridges and some other shit

Notes- feeling good- had a good week of training
that tired good sore feeling
really feel it in the shoulders

should have done some meadows swings today
bb rows where hard today should have done db or some other machine rows

Dips felt good- left elbow got a lil fussy

floor presses with no legs- fischer suggested these as a supplemental pressing move
to protect the neck-
uhm these are fucking hard and found a way to keep the neck neutral and safe

no cage or hand off made them kinda hard to do.
I did notice the smith machine of all things has a pair of hooks
outside the machine itself- maybe they could work.

TRX - I like it. bought it used on Ebay- but its great just need to figure out
more stuff to do with it.

yeah dude floor presses are a different animal, I liken them to those Z presses that you do which also takes the legs out of the equation (I think)

I remember seeing fedor eliemenko (?) doing military press seated on the floor with his legs out front of him and elevated a little…just jogged my mind when you were talking about the floor press…totally random!

Looking strong Kev. Push pressing 225 is quite impressive. Isn’t that 40 lbs above your BW? I’d have to press 300 to do that.

OH squat FTW ok felt great after these but locked it down
to not get into stupid shit with the knee.

I vacillate with these - thinking I should be just repping out with it.

but I got dizzy and nearly busted my ass and kinda passed out standing up with the weight in my hands

thought it would be wise to cut it short

wrapped up with some Kroc rows, and abs
thinking with some work I can rock 130 for 20 .
