pics or it didn’t happen

I get the baby thing all the time - together for 10yrs and married for 7. you have no idea. I’ve decided to tell people I eat babies as post workout meal. you think that will get the message accross? [/quote]

We’ve been together for 16 and married for 14 and we get the stink eye all the time when people find out we had no kids.

Touche MinM touche

its so true.

thanks frenchie maybe deadlift vidz soon?

Lexie- good girl bad girl all the way.
everyone can use some adductor/abductor blood flow stuffs
especially (short) peeps with creaky cracky hips

Thanks PeteS

Joe- I am pretty good at
‘thanking people’ for their comments.
lets say I can be very direct.
:))))

no training this weekend.
just relaxed did some bee stuff
some weed wack lawn/tree/brush/ pruning

skipped training today-
spent a half hour pvc rolling my VMO and IT band
painful but worth it.

you get an awful lot of work done. how much time does it take you? are you able to move pretty fast between movements?

MJ- the warmup stuff isi likt 15 to 20 minutes
from when I walk in the gym to when I am doing something
‘real’

meaning the mobility stretch stuff

a BB complex or just the hanging leg raises face pull etc

then the first exercise Usually I call it A

the A1,A2 stuff would be super setted
usually I take as little rest as possible
enough to change plates

I only take ‘rest’ when I am doing bigger stuffs squat , dead etc

and even then I take as little rest as possible

to usually about an hour - a longer day maybe an hour and half
but that is 20 minutes of warmup stuffs

Awesome pic of your little tyke! Is he going to grow out of his hair color, or is that the color of your wife’s hair?, i.e., will “Black Irish Bastid, Jr.” not be happening?

Thanks PG.

Here is another BIBjr pic.

My wifes hair is as dark as mine- both our hair is the deepest brown but looks black
when I was his age my hair was fair too.

I will say little man looks an awful lot like PeteS’s Kids
just saying.

got my TRX today USPS was holding it captive

Hel320-what is going on- the post offices seems about to collapse
the one where we live now is a disaster

hopefully some training tonight

Love that picture. Looks like he’s having the time of his life right there.

I ship allot of stuff- each has their quirks or strengths
the postal service is likely to collapse in a year or less.

Timmy- yeah little man likes to get down on the weekends with any kind of yard work
wheel barrow etc.

we are super swamped at home

  • trying to find more then a minute or two to catch up on all you people

thanks for reading.

Solid work. Those are great pendlay rows. I’m partial to volume for those too.

james

A bigger donk? who doesn’t?

Your gonna have to explain the “baller” thing to me from snaps log…went right over my head ha ha ha. Been back to NEPA lately. Bet the leaves are starting to change. Fall is the thing i miss the most about that area.

awesome work, love the pic of Rowan. and just to make things clear I have not been anywhere near NYC in the last couple of years…

Thanks James- had a decent day for rowing
I have been a big fan of using 3’s and 5’s for volume

Timmy- so right.
I worked with an S&C type one of who’s many mantras was the back powers the front

G1 a Baller is usually a basket baller- who likes bling parties and has allot of groupies

we went up last weekend - leaves are changing fall is always beautiful up there.
the air is crisp and cool and smells amazing

Fall also reminds me of when track used to start competing and wrestling or other sports would be starting
and training would ramp up.

PeteS thanks man it turned out to be a pretty good day.

I might skip training- tonight
had a super physical day and got so dirty and sweaty I swapped to my back up shirt
and that got gross too- had to go home wearing a shirt a dude at work spotted me-

broke down ( we call that a strike) a fairly big show
coiled up over 5,000 feet of cable
and filled up two 24’ trucks it was so hot and gross out.

The BiBjr pic is even more awesome!

Look at that perfect posture, while in a functional position. :stuck_out_tongue:

First hint of coolness in the air and I still fill the need to play football. As Christmas gets nearer still miss being in that old mat covered room with all the heaters turned full up. Loved wrestling practice and meets. Have to settle now for vicariously reliving my youth watching young relatives compete. Ah, c’est la vie.
Oh, yeah, you training’s looking great.

PG thank you - he is a model athlete
works and plays hard
eats big
gets his sleep for recovery

all with a smile

Harry- good to see you too.
fall makes me think of all of that
athletics & seeing your breath in morning runs

Lots of PVC and stretching last night and today.

got home and knocked out a quick TRX session
I like this thing

training
moblity stuffs move pvc

TRX

circuit of
face pulls
rollouts/fall outs
BSS
glute bridges
pike
pushups

other pushups

20 kb swings
10 kb swings single arm each

4 rounds took like 20 to 25 minutes
ok lets say 3 the first one was figuring out what I can do with this off a doorway

thats it for tonight

not much to say -today

big work day- feeling a cold coming on.

some TRX stuffs
pvc pipe and some ball work on my feet
that is about it.

Kids? Lesse, I’m 40 and we’re trying for #4. I have no idea why.

I still geek Out when I see your 400 lb deadlifts.
