Logs are great for referencing where we might have gone wrong. If you’re not getting a really solid warm up and cool down then that just makes it worse.

I put a blackboard up in the garage, where i do my workouts, and scrawl the complexes or circuit that Im going to use as a warmup or epoc…Im always changing the complexes and I have very little mental capacity.
And one in the kitchen so the kids schedule gets written down, and I know where I have to be and when.

My warmup felt very very sad with out any jumping squatting or anything like it.
how do these bench curlers do it?

BSS felt ok - 70’ db’s want to push up the reps.
RDL’s kinda tired from work these are so hard
