felt like ass too stiff and super slow

OH squats - new I would have problems , should have done 2 more sets at 95x10
frontsquats- kept coming onto toes- had a hard time with getting elbows high
this Bulgarian squat x pull thrus left me for toast.

I just feel too deconditioned
everything felt slow and heavy

Ideally I would like to work at higher frequency with lower volume
that sounded very Waterbury…

wanted to train again before DOMS set in.
cleans just did these to get some blood moving
OH press- am trying these to see what I can do- or rather what causes the least damage
Pullups- felt good left a few reps in the bag again doing these to see what is possible
Dips elbows said no thanks- lame.

curls- yes a low point but think I need a little bit of blood in there
med ball pushups narro grip- wow these need work

abs - needs work too.

felt ok - took enough rest which turned out to be longer breaks then Id like

1 hour 20 so a modest pace

Trap bar- these are like pulling 315 conventional
sets 7 and 8 still went fast. feeling good

RDL- toast
db snatches should have went lighter for some bang
hanging leg raises- elbows said no.

found why I hate Hex Db’s or anther reason- you cant roll them.

like 8x3 or 10x3

new chiro suggested them- some how anything with hands neutral works for me
be it pull-ups or pressing

and it has to do with keeping the head and neck neutral also
most of the time I look up and put the neck into extension

I think its the shoulders being back too.

MJ I am actually heavy and softer for me- enforced deload left its mark
