In my humble opinion, you are an athletic lifter (speed, baby!). On the 315, it looked to me like you were not trusting the stretch reflex that got you the easy 295.

What sort of weight do you use on the TKE?

I have similar knee issues and when I tried them they made it hurt more, maybe I went too heavy.

I’m surprised you have VMO issues because (like me) you don’t seem to cut things short or squat high or anything, they say ATG stuff is supposed to stimulate the VMO good. Obviously not.

Hope it sorts out soon. What with your bum neck, shoulders, ankles and now knees, you are running out of joints buddy! LOL

took forever to get warm , grip , hip and glute tightness a good sign

cleans - felt slow kept going til it felt ok.
presses- 175 - I think its been a long long time since I OH anything over 135 that wasn’t a push pres.

z-presses - I like these in 5’s . in fact I am liking 5’s allot.
pullups ditto on 5’s could do +25 for 8 or 10 but 5’s work.

curls- ripped off my shirt and used it like a du-ragg.
loaded pushups wanted 5 sets or more elbow said not happening.

meadows swings for delts are the shit- for people with jacked up shoulders
to put it in perspective I can not do lateral raises with 15’s

Went to work for Austrailian Fox sports they just got off a plan and had no clue

Wife insisted we go to the weekend place
