Iso low row- the exception- but again should I be able to knock out 3 plates for something like 12?

Ears are one thing I was hyper sensitive about. I’ll roll with a broken ankle, but a little ear soreness and I was done. I never understood the guys that damaged them on purpose.

Question on the F Squats, it looks like the bar is almost between your fingers, does this help keep the bar in place? I only started doing front squats the past few months my hand and wrist placement is confusing me.

It was a treat to lift with someone , someone skilled.
I normally train in a vacuum
and in 5 minutes he spotted 3 or 4 things that I do.
that would have taken me a while to figure out
and longer to fix.
speaking of fixing I have had some shit going on in my right ankle-
and now right knee for a while
basically its a big bump just below the patella and its on the shin bone.
so part inflammation, part muscle imbalance.
I need to rehab it -
lots of TKE and other VMO stimulation
you would think front sqauts ATG would be enough VMO stimulation
but probably it was the twisted ankle thing.
I guess the only good thing about getting banged up allot
is you get to figure this shit out.
