Playing with the baby is the best part of the day. Not sure mine would sit still for a ferris wheel ride, besides sleep he hasn’t stopping moving for 6 months.

the sets at 245 I didnt shoot
275 looks ok- kind of shaky
295 like a good internet squat- you cant see depth.
this all felt super heavy- I have done 295 for doubles before
and have hit 305 for a few singles- I want to be able to triple 315.
this was kind of a shitty session
my arch was crap and my knees and hips are all loose and wild
anyway enjoy the fecking foot stomps
The way 295 went up, I thought you would have had 315 no problem. Next time.

and you’re right - you just need to remember to stay tight in the whole and the bar will pop right up. I try to imagine someone’s about to hit me in the guts.
