at this point I would say find the time to make a super dense shake - protein, fullfat milk - cream, plenty of peanut butter, bananas. Just load that stuff and drink daily.
I find post workout ice cream, Bailey’s and eggs help with recover, tasty goodness and weight gain. Sadly, I have to cut them out. Too much weight gain for me right now.

today was a food and pvc recovery day.
here is how a little guy eats have not done one of these in a while
am 6 scrambled eggs and a mango
lots of water fish oil and several espresso shots
a pint of blue berries
a protein shake with greek yogurt flax, pb and 3 scoops of crap whey
a 5 hour energy drink I am now addicted to these
lunch an entire roasted chicken- now I am starting to feel like good and shit
a huge ass cookie , tomato salad a banana
a shit ton of water <----- that might be the real problem
and then I ate a decent sized dinner of turkey meat balls and whole wheat penne-
will probably hit that again before bed too.

for a guy loosing weight you sure know how to down it. lunch sounds amazing but roasted chicken has a crazy amount of salt - hence all the water drinking in the afternoon.

he can already do full on neck bridges, and little butt scoots and he can pummel
in his crib he does lots of back arches its crazy.
and loves to wrestle
and genetically he doesn’t fall far from the tree- he has big hands huge back and huge thighs
as much as I would love him to do the sports I did- I competed against those kinds of kids

I think some sort of MA is good for kids. At the core it teaches you how not to break your shit when you fall, and a lot of physics. I think you should just spin it right and you can convince her. Little kids don’t even do anything that dangerous!
