Women do not like this. Nope.

Pulls looked okay to me. I pull high-hip conventional, too. If you’re keeping your back relatively flat, no worries. You want your weight back. But funny that your shoes actually lift up.

Kimba thank you tiny beasts need to stick together

Ksnap speaking of tiny beasts, thank you.
I do need to get the over 40 super hot super jocks correct.
and you are right- looking at that and other videos
the style is ok - needs some arch work but its working
wish I had shot the dbl OH at 405.

LMAO pweez tell.
He gave you the look he should’ve gave the dude he was spotting on 95#.

Yes you tape a lot of stuff. Probably learned what not to do from me lol
Tape some SRC’s
kthxbye =)

with the sky humps does the upright thing help the bar not roll back towards your face or is it just incidental?

Digging the trap bar jumps. Great lifting all around.

Soldog- I figure I do enough silly shit to video it at least once thanks man I get plenty of strange looks

Nikki no clue what kid was thinking he was too busy helping his boy spot on 95

Alexus - hi- and a little of both its the base of the rack

Dday thanks man I like that new avatar- looking thick.

I think trap bar jumps put a hurt on the ankle -now its all swollen
been icing it for a while.

^thank you, you know how long it took to find the perfect angle and right lighting to pull that off.

Loving those trap bar jumps. Might have to do me some of those if I can lay my hands on a trap bar.

Great training Kevin. Can’t believe your son is going to be two.

I was thinking the same thing Joe.

Nice work in here homie

Steve they are all kinds of stupid fun.
He is 16 months earlier this week I can not believe it either!!!

Joe- they are fun and as crazy or silly as my training is
I feel more- speed or ability to move things fast.

Kalle thanks - good to see you too!

Dday- photos don’t lie.

pullups felt good

pendlays- felt super super heavy kept it med weight
loaded pushups fun for people who dont bench
and curl to press- used the ez bar for teh swole
did the job.

will try to catch up with all you tonight

I try not to use the computer on the weekend,
and next wee I am at Iron chef for the bulk of the week
but ssshhhhhhh I have to sign like for Non disclosure Agreements.

Great front squats. Love the stomp at the beginning and belt drop at the conclusion. You’re all about efficient business with your lifting. I tend to be a major staller.

How are you getting the 80lb’ers into position for the pressing?

I was cleaning 65s yesterday and I don’t think I could get much more than 70 up there by myself.

I think the biggest ‘limiter’ on these is getting them into position. I used to use 80s, but I had a training partner hand them to me.

So you press the EZ bar overhead with a supinated grip? Sounds awkward!

Did you make that up? or does it have a name?, probably named after someone I’m guessing.

awesome FS and air humps. 225 is serious weight.

iron chef sounds like a fun deal

Nice work Brozini, LOL at the 95lbs spotter’s mouth agape while doing the jumps.

ksnap- thank you! I do stall a little bit
I edit the vids to right before the lift
I like the stomp too- somehow it tells me
Im’ ready.

Brett - I clean them up in the ugliest way
I can try to video them next time its kind of funny
will also freely admit that I used wrist wraps and
cinched my belt far more then how I usually wear it.

frenchie thanks, I looked back at an old log and was doing 225 for 20 at one point
air humps are the dumbest looking thing that works

Actually Iron chef is easy - but makes for long days.
its booooring, but everyone has bills.

Matty thanks man- it made the video worth it.

weekend of yardwork, gravel shovels and wheelbarrow
and some beekeeping stuff

training this week is going to be hard
doing 3 or 4 14 hour or more days on iron chef
gym is only open til 9 sucks ass

air humps are the dumbest looking thing that works

aren’t they just. i did some today for glute activation before starting. they work!

iron chef sounds cool. but then other peoples work usually does.

I have got to add air humps into my lifting.

How do you get the plate on your back for the loaded push ups?
