How heavy a med ball do you use for slams?

I don’t have access, but I have considered using a Braemar stone the same way, only not slam it at my feet, or double overhand for distance.

I wonder if I can do medicine ball slams in my gym.

super super hurry- with this session.
BB complex kicked my ass- 185 felt like a ton.
power cleans here got funky

pulls not sitting back enough- you can see on the warm up weights
and on the last single at 435 some of the others where busy…
trying to pull with a hook grip lets see how long this lasts

RDL’s did these all hook grip too
315 felt heavy- surprise. these where OK but need to get hips back more arch blah blah blah

then some cuff work.

Notes-
Back was toast from pulling yesterday- no surpise there
pull ups triples are a magic number 24 @ + 45

DB bench- these felt ok- gym finally bought another 100lb db.
I want to improve the rep count here on presses

shoulder stuffs- it is said when you can front squat over 300 lbs
and can only do lateral raises with 10lb dbs.

other then that gripe these felt good and did the job.
