Yeah man, I actually posted something else but it didnt show up. I didnt play much was basically good enough to make the team. I just wasnt big enough, (didnt touch a weight in HS) strong enough or athletic enough, well at least that is what my coach told me. I had decent hands and was a perty good blocker…but after a while I was like Tears in a Bucket, fuck it, I stopped doing it and played Handball, Varsity B Basketball and bowling yes bowling in HS. Im glad I did cuz I had a blast with it.

HS I ran track and cross country and played volleyball
and I wrestled and played Judo.
I sucked at wrestling- but it took me to college and to the deep deep waters of competing overseas

hams, glutes and adductors feel like mush

Pendlay- had a good arch did not want to loose it kept it modest.

PP- something is up with OH stability any pressing, PP or jerks
get very painful I think its trap/neck impeingement
OK think these are off the menu for a while.

back to high rep little stuff for upperbody

dips and pullups felt good nothing crazy here
krocs kept a few reps in the bag brah.

Thats funny, I was a starting tailback on a big time high school team at 5’ 10" 165lbs.

really feeling shagged out today
everything felt slow

pulled 455 for some singles they where ok- not as fast as the other week
after that switched it up to a P-chain blowout

switched it up to snatch grip pulled 405 for a dbl
and like a goon did not record it

the 315 snatch doubles not much rest
the snatch high pulls felt great -left me for dead

Snatch Grip RDL- did these the same speed as the dimmels
hams on Fire but I can see these hurting the elbows.
