Everything I’ve read about Zerchers said that the elbows should touch the thighs so thats my “aiming point” but I was reading 5/3/1 for power lifters last night and Wendler raged on Zerchers.

So I might have to give them up if the One True Wendler has casst them out…

had to go old school and order it from a real Italian bakery.

its cake pressed into a pan with sweetened Ricotta
chilled then iced with marzipan made from pistacio instead of marzipan
and some fondant
they put dried fruit on top called fruitidi mustardi
its the shit.
