Seated Calf 5x10
SHIIIIIIT I almost died during the deadlifts… i have never thrown up during a workout but I can pretty damn close during this one. The thing is I get to do 265x5x10 next week lol. Looking forward to it in a weird way.
Upper:
BPN 135x5x10
BB Row 165x5x10
Pretty insane pumps. My chest fatigues like a mo fo by the 5th set of those BPN’s.
