Kilt, Kilt, and Kilt

I thought I’d post this here.

My sister-in-law’s wedding has just been moved up to Sept. 2 (groom’s mom is very ill).

It’s a scottish wedding, and while my family isn’t in the wedding party, I would love to go in kilts.

Clergy tartan for me. Robertson for the wife and kids.

If possible.

Where do I look. Time is of the essence, so all ideas will be explored.

Rentals, outside of Pride of Scotland tartan (my wife will NOT wear a Stewart!), seem out of the question.

All help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You could try here

or ebay. Carefull of the ones on ebay, some are substandard.

It’s pretty funny how fast you got a response to this question.

haha

Fast indeed.

I’m still looking for a source for a Robertson Red kilt or kilted skirt (for the Mrs)

Please help!

Iron John, you might want to ask Danny John in his Prime Time thread. He’s painting his living room while throwing the discus, but he might be able to help you out.

BTW. Wouldn’t you just love to see a video of DJ painting, throwing the discus, and typing on his computer at the same time? Talk about multi-tasking!

Thanks. I just posted my question.

I wonder if he paints in a kilt.

Now THAT would make a great video.

Well, no response from DJ on the question.

Anyone else?

I have one of their standard kilt in black watch and it looks great, and the price is better than the SportKilts. I have a sport kilt to compete in. But for the $ I like the Stillwater alot better.
