I went to www.freetranslation.com and typed in The Troll and translated into dutch. It came out De Sleeplijn.
He is a troll, but some of his stuff is very good. Like this thread for example.
What’s a good place to buy kettleballs? And do they make some sort of kettleball handle that you cn load plates on?

I don’t like the plate loaded kbells. You can get some good ones from www.renegadetraining.com. I’ve had a chance to use them, and I like them even better than the cast iron ones that Pavel sells (which I currently have two of - 16kg and 24kg).

at first glance im not that impressed mate. What is the goal of the circuit?
Basically I treat it as GPP. Although as I said earlier, my body has responded well from it with increases in strength, size and etc.
Which part dissapoints you?
To be fair anything can be classed as ‘GPP’ - imo if your gaining size and strength from a routine like that you must be relatively new to training - you would fair much much better of a more specific programme (5x5 for strength or a circuit with more swings, clean and presses, snatches, burpees squats etc for endurance)…
I can highly recommend the following which i regularly use as a conditioning circuit from one of your links -
20 swings
10clean and jerks per arm
10 snatches per arm
30 bodyweight squats or 15 burpees with a push up.
2 mins rest: -
repeat x 5
for strength then Mike mahler has some excelent adapted 5x5 stuff fi you search around. Christ only knows whats goingon with his shorts and shoes in those pictures though. Terrible.
Comarde ZEB please don’t read this thread…
