I am currently working out basically 5-6 times a week and am on Deca and I am doing about 400g protein, 500 g carbs. I seem to go through about a gallon of milk every other day, plus other various protein shakes. Should I worry about too much calcium over a period of 14 weeks on this diet?

No.
Recent research has found that it is dietary oxalate (spinach, etc) that results in kidney stones and high dietary levels of calcium are actually protective (because they bind the oxalate in the gut).
I don’t know if you’ll have a problem, but I’ve been drinking one gallon of skim milk every day for about five years now, with no problems.
