Has anyone read, “Bill Pearls Keys to the Inner Universe: Worlds Best Built Man.”
Is it simply a collection of exercises? Or is it an autobiography?

It’s a beautiful book worth owning if you have the money. The actual training information would be debated by many here, I think, but it’s got a great history of Pearl and the muscle culture, some great pictures and really nice illustrations. Very comprehensive encyclopedia of exercises using a variety of equipment. There’s a huge variety of movements illustrated.
All in all, I still think it’s a worthwhile book to own.
Take it easy,
Toby
It’s supposed to have 1,500 exercise variations. I would like to get it myself.
Great book for your library…it’s where I first discovered “the look of power”
Thanks for all the feedback, guys.
