It’s honestly why I absolutely love this log. We’ve had a million dudes roll through T-Nation trying to find the optimal program and diet, spin their wheels, look like a melted candle and not be able to deadlift a bosu ball, and blame it on genetics and an absence of drugs.

This log, the diet and training is constantly in flux but the effort and dedication never wavers, and the outcome is whatever is desired. It’s like watching alchemy happen live. This is the ā€œchaos magicā€ that Jamie Lewis talked about: how you can just straight up WILL reality to bend to your desires.

I’ll offer a gentle nudge here and there if I feel like I can shine a light, but I honestly don’t want to disrupt the beauty here.

My new training experiment:

One day Kettlebell Swings at home with lots of walking
Next day Deadlift 3 x 3-5 gym, 5 sets of dips, with lots of walking

I’m still thinking about the routine actually, but I will be deadlifting a lot from now on at the gym

I will keep doing Kettlebell Clean and Press and sometimes Deadlift since its working well

Kettlebell Front Squats PR

Double 32 kg for 8 reps

I think this is very important to increase my deadlift, to increase the strength of my legs since it is my weakest point

Now I am doing clean and press, and for each set clean and press one set front squats

The Armour Building Complex is 2 clean, 1 press, 3 front squats
But for me the cleans are much easier then the front squats
Which makes me think Leg strength is my weak point so now I will try and achieve 260 kg deadlift by strengthening my legs

Its also been almost 4 weeks since Ive quit abilify medication and i am gaining strength because of it, and feeling calmer

9 reps now with double 32 kg front squats

Its difficult to hold it like that

PR with double 32 kg strict press 7 reps

I will do this each 2 or 3 days, doing as much reps as 180 kg deadlift as I can ( high rep deadlifts )

So my new routine is I will continue doing lots of Kettlebell Clean and press at home and every 2-3 days AMRAP deadlift 1 set
