Im mad that I didnt get it.

From now on I will only be doing exercises that help the deadlift such as swings and pullups, considering buying a 50-60 kg bell as well

Awesome attempt! I couldn’t even get that much weight to budge. Also, love the log and the minimalistic approach. One more thing - I love when people work out in pants, for some reason. It’s like ā€œI train because that’s what I do. I don’t need to put on fancy shorts and shoes. I lift big weights in chinos.ā€ It’s kind of a Pavel approach, and I’m all into that lately.

To get lean, ive put my computer aside

So the only thing I can do in my room is train and sleep etc

So far its working, doing lots of Pushups, Swings, Captains of crush greasing the groove sets
