I’d like to know if any of you have ever experimented with a ketogenic diet, and what your results were like. I spent two weeks in ketosis, I lost some fat, but I had to get out of it. My workouts felt dry, my muscles flat, and worst of all I felt dumb. Good thing about it though, I was never hungry. I’ll probably not try it again for awhile. I feel like I can lose more fat with carbs because I have more energy.
