What has been the latest in terms of whether low carb diets can work effectively with w/o like Fat to Fire or Meltdown? I remember seeing the old thread, in fact, I copied it and nothing was resolved. Have you finished your article on combining proper diet with w/o to acheive maximum results? Has anyone experimented with doing on of the GH inducing w/o with a low and a moderate carb diet and did anyone acheive better results on one or the other? Curious because I want to get the most out of my training and diet.

By coincidence Big Bruva asked the same question as I did, disregard my previous question but help me with this… I have been doind Dawg School and I have gotten better result than on Body for Life (though I don’t knock it since it reintroduced me to iron). I know that its time to change things up, how? Different rep/set sequence, different exercises, go lighter/heavier, new w/o or what? Thanks for anyhelp and sorry about duplicating questions, I think we were both thinking of it at the same time.
Sorry, not finished with the article. It is an extremely complex topic and I have not had a lot of time to pursue the research literature. I aslo have not seen too much feedback about how people have combined diet with Meltdown, so the anecdotal evidence (at least on this forum) is lacking. All I can do is think rationally and scientifically and combine this with the experience of friends and forum posters. Sorry, until a bunch of people try both options, I can’t really answer the question. I can tell you what I would do or how I would train someone and that is about it. Good luck buddy!
