Can anybody post up the exercises listed in the book?
I have the book, but no, i’m not going to post up exercises. It’s a good book in some ways, but very specific. I could sum up the whole book with the words “retract your shoulder blades when you do any exercise” ie shrug backwards to use your back muscles
