Haha! Bret just sent me this link and I am blushing. Thanks everyone. This was filmed at BCSC (Bret Contreras Strength and Conditioning) nearly 9 months ago. I’ve made great gains since then… becoming all the more manly winkwink… but still find this a great asset to, well, building the arse.

@Mom-in-MD, this was a video filmed to show various glute exercises. This is not a normal workout. When training with Bret, I would do about 4 of these exercises per week, normally 2 days a week. However, if you are looking to build better glutes, it wouldn’t hurt to train them 4-6 days a week inititially, with 2-3 exercises per day.

Keep kicking butt, ladies! And keep admiring the female butt-kickers, guys.
