Keeping Cycle Simple

Came off my first cycle and I’ll be waiting a bit before my next one. Got to make sure my normal levels come back to normal. Will get blood tests. I started at 157, I know that was asinine of me, I am now 184 post cycle. Still maintaing high levels of mostly clean calories. 5’11" my goal is to eventually hit 240 lean comp weight. 255-260 off season weight. I’m not gaining the muscle for attention from women (a lot don’t like that much muscle) I’m doing this for me and me only. I want to be the best I can be, and I have would greatly appreciate constructive criticism.

My first consisted of:
500mg Test E week 1-10 (250 Monday and Thursday)
40mg Dbol ED week 1-4
Letro .5 EOD (hindsight is 20/20 but I think I will stick to adex for next cycle)

That being said for my next I was thinking:
750mg Test E week 1-12
50mg Dbol ED week 1-6
Adex .25 ED
Still have letro incase of gyno.

I’ve seen a lot of people asking about adding other aas’s to their cycle however, I have not seen a whole lot on just increasing their dosage. It’s only my second cycle so I don’t want to add too many compounds too quickly. If I am going to use AAS’s then I want the most out of them each time.

On a side note I am thinking about using tren ace but when would be it be safe to add it to my system? I understand it is very strong and can possibly have seriously detrimental side effects. The benefits sound outstanding but I am deeply concerned with how much it can effect your anger.

I’m a big believer of high dose test and dbol. Your cycle looks good to me.

IMO If you want to add another compound try NPP (shorter-acting version of deca) before tren to get used to 19nor compounds

From there you can stack deca with test as your base and bring tren in later

slin is pretty advanced, and even savvy, experienced users can make mistakes. Remember that it can make you fat, and if you’re really unlucky, die.

It’s not something I would ever touch. If you’re just a recreational lifter doing a couple of cycles a year then it’s just not something you’ll ever really need.

If you wanted to go from a lean 250lbs to 270lbs, then that’d be a little different, but few people actually have that goal.

But it’s up to you man. Just make sure you do a LOT of research and be careful.

Well like I said my goal is 250 lean after that we will see. I want to do a
competition next year here in Florida. Not at 240 by any means but maybe at 200 lean. Could this be a possibility?

Personally I would go with test and winny, 750/350!

Yeah I realise that’s your goal eventually, but you’re 184lbs now so you really don’t need slin yet…

No one can really say what’s achievable for you man, just keep plugging away and see where it gets you!

Ok thank you for your advice. I’ll give it time and just eat sleep and train my ass off. Hopefully good things will come!

Yeah slin is a gamble and should be the last piece to the puzzle bro

AAS - reach max doses 2 - 4 years
AAS moderate dose & low dose GH
AAS max dose & higher dose GH
AAS max dose & higher dose GH & peptides
AAS, GH, Slin, peptides

of course if you can get 100% pharma grade peptides and fda approved hgh you can run it sooner but this outline you generally should have money (being older) to support those additions. food for thought.

I appreciate the advice. Money would help for sure. I defiantly want to gain much more experience with different AAS’s and cycles before I start adding GH and slin, I’m just a very inquisitive bastard lol.
