My first meet I walked out of the monolift and it was a mistake. The larger bar felt clumsey and I was uncomfortable the whole time. The last meet I widened my stance and just squated in the monolift and it felt a lot better.

Kevin, Logan’s eating is an interesting topic. Gets a lot from his bottles, just now amping up on the solids. He hates being fed, wants to do it all himself. Very determined to be just like big brother. Even my friends w/o kids see it.

Kevin, Logan is one tomorrow! (what a effen year it has been!!) so we will start moving him to milk over the next couple of weeks.
Snapper, we have been having a smaller crew last few weeks, really just enough people to spot, hold boards/run mono, and since my ‘camera’ is by Crackberry flip I can’t really prop it up well. Once we have more people in the gym I will be putting up more video. Also I will PM you how to find me on FB.

early a.m. 30 minutes elliptical. might start doing it this way again. This weeks schedule is a little mixed up, no squatting tonight, have a fishing clinic with 4 year old. Will be hitting up a different gym tomorrow for some lower work, Saturday will raw bench somewhere. next week get done what I can get done then off to Michigan for the 4th, 5 or 6 days out of the gym.
