Full on. Trying to get me some super thick pink wrist wraps…
You should bedazzle the collar of the shirt
I am not even sure I know what it is to ‘bedazzle’ something, can you elaborate?

Saw an infomercial for it, https://www.asseenontv.com/bedazzler/detail.php?p=296300

20 minutes elliptical
20 minutes treadmill, mostly at 2.5 incline
3 sets decline sits w/40lb

Get to bench tomorrow. Being a BOF for the moment I get really excited about benching, esp in my new super duper cheater shirt.

Per some trolling I have seen over in the PL forum, since I am muscular, wear gear, have a gut, etc etc I am some evil douche that is destroying the sport. I am completely cheating and should die, lol. This coming from a kid who admits he doesn’t lift and doesn’t compete. WTF?

I do better just staying in the compound. When I get a kitchen pass, I usually end up frustrated with all the bozos behaving badly on the outside. Even in the PL Forum.

I just don’t get people that make claims that you know they would never back up in real life. Do you see this kid calling Donny a douche in real life? Real life and the internet fucking collide, and quite a bit in powerlifting, it’s a small niche sport/subculture. Best mind your p’s and q’s.

If it makes you feel any better hes also has started to screw with " Meat"

Well, part of having a plan is that you should stick to it. Part of my benching plan incorporates raw/deload weeks, to give my body a break from shirted over-taxing. Well, I have been in the shirt every Saturday for I think five or six weeks. Today it showed.

raw warm ups, blah blah blah. Shirt on 500 3board x 2, 590 2board x 2, 660 1 board x 1, but ugly, helicoptered. 710 full range x .5 maybe? completely out of groove.

From the moment I put the shirt on I knew I was too fried for this today, should have shut it down. Could not engage uppper back at all, too fried from banded box squats the other night. Plus my nutrition has been off, summertime style…

close grip 3 board 410 x some
CSR 6 x 10-15
laterals 5 x 15, up to 50s for 15
ez bar curls 5 x 10-12

need to regroup, and figure out what I am doing over the next couple of weeks, and if I can dial it in enough for Fargo on the 25th.

3 days of ribs, naps, ice cream, ribs, massage and naps should do it

something along those lines is what I am thinking. I have two weeks to touch something and dial in my opener, so we shall see what the fuck I come up with. I am stuck with being in the shirt those two weeks too, I gotta pull some Superman outta my ass to get what I want/need to do…

During the week, do you go during lunch or before work, or was that^ from yesterday afternoon?

Tuesday DE day I try to get in over lunch, same with Wednesday and Friday cardio. Doesn’t always happen but is nice when I can. Being in corporate land and being in project management I live or die by my Outlook or Lotus Notes calander. I have recurring meetings set up for those three days to allow me to usually make it over lunch. Puts me in a soccer mom commercial gym but for upper assist and cardio that is just fine. DE/upper assist is usually a lot of volume, but I usually get it all done in an hour. This allows more family time at night, and with the nearly 1 year old going to bed at 7:30 or 8 this time is precious.

My two lowers, Monday/Thursday, no way in hell could be done over lunch and rarely in commercial gym:) Mondays I try to get somewhere to pull by 4:30, so rarely done at the BB club, that is a far drive and lifting never starts until 6. With Mondays I can still usually get done and home by 6:30 or 7, which is good. Thursdays I don’t make it home until about 9 p.m.

Last fall I was doing all weeknights at the BB club, i.e. not getting home until 9ish 3 nights a week. That got a little straining on the home front.

Gotcha, was just curious.

Pulled a PR today, I’m gonna catch you coach.

yesterday afternoon 30 minutes elliptical after work. a little bit bloaty, reeling it back in

DF, you won’t catch me with any hitched deadlifts like that one…

I thought it was slow but clean, honestly, is ramping the same as hitching in that it wont count?

Help me out here.
