typical Thursday, my heaviest meeting day of the week, stuck in chairs, half the time me trolling the net, the other half leading, guiding, directing, lol. Every Thursday can feel myself tighten up by the hour, but have adjusted so I do some time sans shoes, some time walking around, few stretches here and there. Hit rush hour and felt like shit but stretched warmed up and did the following, which I am happy with.
warm ups 145 x 8 x 2, 235 x 6, add green bands 235 x 3, add SHW/308 briefs
325 + green bands 2 x 2
375 + green bands 2 x 2
415 + green bands 2 x 2
465 + green bands 4 x 2… that got to be tough, only resting about 30 seconds between sets.
ghr 5 sets, last two bwt + 25lbs for 15
band pull throughs, green band 5 x 15
reverse hyper 4 x 8-10
hang abs 4 x 12-15
prowler 90lb x 40yrd x 6

Yeah German, that is the plan. Bench only though this round. Tricky because it is the same weekend as my smallest ones first birthday, so I am working the details out with the wife:)
