Keep the damn kids off the lawn

Dude that note is kinda sad still.

I used to go to one chiropractor
I got like the priest handshake when ever I came in
it was like telling a dentist you will pay cash

Kevin, yeah it is sad, I am just hopeful that there will be a turn around on this.

Couple of years ago one of the other PL gyms went on the market, from the founder of Zubas. Told my wife, she said to call the bank and get a loan. I thought about it for a minute and decided better. Still might have been a nice ride. Actually on hindsight it woulda gotten me through my unemployment period. Oh well, maybe I should learn to jump after my dreams faster.

40 minutes elliptical.

cardio has now become mostly an ‘off’ day affair. I am generally just sick of it. Going to start working some prowler/sled stuff back in, and rely on off day cardio and the fact I am just being more active now that there isn’t 30 ft of snow every where. My wife keeps coming up with hard labor for me to do, lol. Came home last night and she had started to rip up the laminate floor in the basement. My job to finish this job now.

I should have done a couple investments-

Im always like so and so bought some gear
not that kind- lights, audio shit, grip truck what ever.

and then a year later, Im like so and so bought another -van, truck,
bunch of gear etc.

Im asleep at the wheel with that kind of stuff.

all this shoe and foot talk- I looked closely at my feet and chucks last night.
I have HUGE arches and my right ankle , foot and now knee are acting funny.

sure enough I look at the chucks and the right one is destroyed and the left is almost new.
go figure.

I kinda wish I had some arches. Feet have always been flat, and have gotten flatter still last several years.

Sitting at my desk w/o shoes. Found if I do this for a good part of the day I feel ok for training at end of day.

Wish I could be sitting w/o pants, client might have an issue with that though.

Squatting tonight. Might even take video.

Video??? WTF, lol. I hope you do.

i am interested in the video ONLY IF YOU ARE WEARING PANTS.

I just upgraded my Crackberry to the newer flip model. I should be able to do video and upload it to YouTube right from the phone. In the past when I have done video it just sits on camera until it is obsolette.

I won’t be wearing pants.

Depends on the client.

I’d be real interested in seeing that. Don’t disappoint.

Snapper, I will strive not to dissapoint. Of course, it is DE work tonight, so no earth shattering poundage, but hopefully I will be FAST, lol.

Did just verify that I can post to youtube directly from my phone. I now have a video of me recording my desk while stuck on a conference call. I will laugh if there are any hits.

Okay, vid of set 4 out of 6, almost forgot I was gonna record something tonight. DE work, light fast stuff (415 + about 150 in band tension). Will start getting more stuff up

Nice work

its good to ‘see’ you at work
and for us civilians to see the mono and bands

Looking strong Pete, nice work.

Thanks Kevin, German. Will post something from tomorrow’s bench session, should be more intersting.

Light weight. I need to get on building my own box this summer.

That looked too easy for you.

I’m going to start box squats next week. But I plan to pause on the box so that the initiation of the lift starts in the hole. I’m sluggish outta the hole.

The 6 x 2 were done with 30 seconds rest between sets. Didn’t feel too light at the end:)

20 minutes stepper
20 minutes elliptical
some rehab/prehab (rotations, hip swings)
wrist curls (trying to do these more to alleviate forearm pain from shirted benching)
decline sits 5 x 15 w/30lb (abs feeling weak when squatting)
