Apparently tore my adfuktor Thursday. Noticed the bruise Friday, but had been ignoring it, because sometimes by ignoring things they take care of themselves. At least that is my theory. That being said played it safe tonight. So this is what I did:
box 145 x 5, 235 x 5, 325 x 3, briefs on 415 x 2, 505 x 2, 595 x 2. Didn’t need to press it further. Adfuktor felt weird and wobbly on raw sets, not so bad with briefs on. But my body in general is so beat to hell I have no good bench mark for what it is to feel good right now.
leg press 9 sets, 12-15 reps, last three with 940.
GHR 5 x 8-10
leg raise 5 x 10
Will test out the adfuktor more Thursday when I pull my opener. Or better. Smart? we shall see.

I love def pulls. If I do them too much they actually can surpass my regular ones. I’ll check out your log when I get a chance.

It has happened. From a 3 inch defecit I have pulled 635 x 2. My best double full range is 655.
A lot of it is with defecits I get that much more deliberate, and concentrate on starting position that much more. Whenever I miss a full range pull it is usually because I have my head up my ass and just try and ‘grip and rip’, get too far forward, etc.
Wowsie. Maybe you should carry your DL deficit blocks onto the platform next time. Wouldn’t that cause a stir!
