Is it possible to maintain the muscle of a cycle of t3 100mcg, clen 120mcg and 900 calories deficit with testosterone propinate 525mg per week and anavar 75mg per day?
I need to lose 15-16lb of fat in 6 weeks
IMO, losing 2 pounds of fat a week is a tall order, while trying to maintain muscle mass. And that is most easiest done by a competitive bodybuilder who has done it for shows and is very familiar with his body’s response to diet changes.
with this cycle that I’m thinking of doing I think I can even lose more than 2lb. So would it be very difficult to maintain muscle mass?
Have you used all of these compounds before? I think this combo coupled with a big deficit is asking for sides.
yes i’ve used them all. But not all together.clenbuterol only had some side effects in the first cycle in the others I did I had no side effects at all. I love it it helped to burn a lot of fat but I know that it is not enough to burn this amount of fat in this time
The T3 is the one that’s going to cause the most trouble for you. There is zero need to run the anavar that high, unless the goal is total lipid destruction. The muscle sparing from that test dose plus a lighter dose of anavar would be enough for an aggressive cut. But then you add the T3 and it changes the calculation a bit. But you have to ask yourself what’s an acceptable amount of muscle to lose on a cut like this and then from there do your best to try to stay within that zone. What’s the thing that’s created this deadline? Is it a show?
photoshoot.I didn’t want to lose any muscle mass, but I think it will be inevitable with the cutting I’m going to make.
I had already used 100mcg of t3 and thought I had lost muscle mass but after all it was only glycogen, I managed to maintain muscle mass. But I was doing a 500 calorie deficit, with an aggressive deficit as I want to do it will be very difficult to hold on to the muscle mass
Not possible. A 900 calorie deficit for 6 weeks adds up to about 11 lbs of fat (if everything goes perfectly). Or are you saying what would be a 900 calorie deficit based on your numbers now, but on supplements, it will be larger?
You need a 1,250 calorie deficit (which will involve total calories getting lower as you lose weight), each day for 6 weeks to lose 15 lbs of fat. This assumes no muscle loss as well.
i am counting on the increase in the metabolism of t3 and clen. Wouldn’t 100mcg of t3 and 120mcg of clen provide a extra deficit of 350 calories ?
Anecdotally i was dieting and using 125 of T3 and tapering off while on vacation a month ago. Ate way over my maintenance evry day for the entire week and still came home 2lbs lighter.
We did do a fair bit of mountain biking though.
That is asking a lot out of the drugs IMO. I would would lower the drugs (especially T3), and walk until you get the deficit you want. I am against the use of T3 for almost everybody though (exceptions: high level competitors, those who need it for hypothyroidism). Walking won’t impact muscle or training as much as other cardio. The down side is it will take a long time.
How often are you pinning the testosterone propionate?
What is its half-life?
EOD. 4,5 days.
Nah, impossible.
Yes, you can lose ANY amount of fat in ANY time, as long as there are enough hours in a day times calories you burn in an hour on the most efficient cardio equipment.
I have done 4500kcal deficit, losing a pound a day for 2-3 weeks, its doable, of course. I stoped when my knees started to lock up cuz of 2x2hour cardio sessions on elyptical. There is no need for t3 or clen.
As far as other drugs go - test is ok, var wont do shit. Its a girl steroid or a final touch to whatever a dude is doing, or at best its worth as much as a double dose of a pump product.
I dont think it is possible to NOT lose any muscle doing a serious cut, but if it is, i would suggest you change your cycle to test, tren, and HGH instead of var which for the seriousness of your goal is just a candy for little kids.
I would do 500 test, 500 tren, 2x2iu of GH a day, and add 50-75mg anavar a day like 10 days before you need to be doing your thing.
If this doesnt do it, nothing will. But my money is on “nothing will” anyway.
Stay away from T3, that shit burns EVERYTHING, muscle, fat, it doesnt care.
I think T3 is just overused when other options exist. Not everyone recovers quickly from using it. I used it, and weaned myself off of it. I think people give themselves stuff like AFIB by using too much. It just doesn’t do that much, it messes with natural hormones, it is catabolic. One should have a good reason to use it.
agree 200% with this… it is the LAST step anyone should take.
We have what I consider a really smart guy on this board, who had a case of AFIB (IIRC, he was taken to the hospital). He initially thought it was AAS, but he was also using like 100 mcg of T3 a day. No way to prove it either way, but his AAS use was mild to moderate. I would be willing to bet it was the T3 (or mostly the T3), if there was a way to determine which was the cause.
