Good to see your doing better and lifting strong. The hell with getting older. I think an age freeze could be in order for those who lift and stay fit.
smith machine olympic squat worked upto 405x1, 275x18 rested 30 secs then got the last 2
bweight 229
Body and strength are responding well now.
Will start morning energy work next week. Simple swings/weighted vest walks/weighted vest get ups/jumps/sprints. pick 2 for 5 minutes of work each (walks will be 20 mins)
