Fischer- great work in here as always! Question for you, I noticed in your Klokov vid hat you stand heels together with your toes pointed out: why? work some stability from the narrow stance? Trying to keep leg drive out of it? Any info would be appreciated…

Standing at attention takes out leg drive and easier to remember to stay tight.

Thanks brother, worked on it this AM. appreciate the quick reply…have a great weekend
You are looking trim and lifting like a beast.
Hey Coach, just wanted to let you know we all managed our Deads today. H.E.
H.E., KB, & I made out pulls but we sure did miss having you around. Looking forward to Friday and putting a Happy Dance on the end of Week 8!!!
It must be Stockholm Syndrome.
So…Yeap, don?t know if you heard the word…but I popped out 3x3 at 80 on OHP and you missed it ( I had to brag a little)!!! I give you full credit…well at least half (wink), my Wednesday is not complete, I was gonna have you kick my ass in bootcamp after my shenanigans on my vacation…hope to see you Friday and that all is well!

“Traumatic Bonding”…Yep, that could be it! Someone causes that much un-comfort and you still look forward to the next lift? Fun stuff…lol.
Not sure what happened to my posts. The first cut off several lines from the end and the second lost the first half of the sentence.
Thanks girls for the hidden well wishes.
I was in the Hospital for a day due to having extreme chest pains–I thought it was the beginning of a 3rd heart attack, was only a dislocated rib at the sternum putting pressure on my heart…lol -talk about breath-taking pain!
So no heavy lifting for awhile, thing is I do not truly know how I poppped the rib. Granted I have a " birdcage" or the real scientific word Pectus Carinatum.
All I know is that felt like I was getting stabbed every time I took a breath. Feels a lot better now-actually only a mild discomfort now and compare to a knee crippling pain 2 days ago.
Kiss your kids.
I’m glad it was only a scare, Rick. I hope the recovery goes well.
Excuse my language, but…don’t you ever pull that shit on me again! I - scratch that, WE - are all thankful you are ok, but you gave me one helluva scare on Tuesday night. So glad it wasn’t an issue with your ticker!
Be well, Bogatir. ![]()
Best wishes for your recovery Fisher King.

Rick
Glad everything turned out OK. That must have been an ordeal.
Heal up quick.
So glad you are well!
You must be so proud of your team. I am enjoying reading of their successes. Very impressive.
