does anyone know if keeping mag 10 cold will damage it? I took a dose w/ me to work and left it in the ooler, it was much easier to take.
You are OK.
This is one for the experts, but I was under the impression that it should be at room temp. for at least 24 hrs before using.
If you do this you should make sure the contents of the bottle are mixed very thoroughly before pouring or drawing with an oral syringe. Otherwise you probably won’t get the intended dose of A1-E and 4-AD-EC, as these will to some extent precipitate out at cold temperatures and may settle towards the bottom.
Avoid shaking too vigorously so as not to entrap air, which would interfere with correct dosing also.
Probably better to add room temperature MAG-10 to a cold beverage, if you like.
