Good thanks, rather unbelievably the scale has dropped by 9lb! Visually it’s pretty obvious that its 7 or so lb of water, glycogen and food/poo and then maybe a couple lb of actual fat.
Looking a little leaner (not expecting miricales in such a short time) waist is much smaller without all the excess food.
Very sore from my training sessions, but have just switch to dogg cramp, not the best choice whilst cutting but its pushing me to beat my numbers each session and sparked some training excitement.
