Kanye West is a Douche

Anyone hear yet that Obama called Kanye a “jackass” in an off-the-record segment of a CNBC interview?

Apparently, ABC’s Terry Moran was observing the interview and ‘tweeted’ it upon hearing the comment, ignoring the fact that it was during an off-the-record break between the actual interviews.

My guess is that PWI is gonna have a big ol’ circle jerk when they catch wind of this.

Lol if these parents were so “moral” and to do the “right” thing they would of pursued him until he was in jail to pay for his crimes.

So you’re telling me that they weren’t doing it for the money? Not one person pursued to get him in Jail, they were only after the pay day. Lol you act like it hasn’t been done before

“Hey if I spill this really hot coffee on me, I can get a lot of money”

He was prescribed drugs by a fucking doctor. He didn’t buy them off the streets, in a shack or ship them over seas. He had a legal right to him them because of a fucking doctors prescription. There is no proof that he was a drug addict as he had them for ‘legal’ use. He couldn’t of fucked up when taking them?

So let me guess, when a man gets drunk he is an addict? Hell, he is “abusing” a controlled substance. Whew, you might want to tell all the people in the world and start having people admitted, God knows if you mess up you are a bad person

You know what, I’m so glad that you could come down on that high ass horse and come talk to me. Shit, I’m honored to have someone so great as yourself come down to my level and explain this to me

WOO!!

Good for him. We’re all thinking the same, why can’t Obama say it too? fucking political BS

I posted a link to it a page or two ago…

Yeah, at this point I’m starting to feel bad for Kanye. I know he was wrong, but when the leader of the free world is calling you a jackass (albeit off the record), that’s too embarrassing.

Man I started one helluva thread!

Oops, didn’t mean to cause an echo. That slipped right by me.

I admit that when threads move fairly quickly I skim to find the good parts (ie, arguments).

edit: so I caught the actual quote in the other thread (for some reason posted outside this one) and think the reporter knew exactly what he was doing… it was clearly not part of the interview, despite ABC saying it was mistaken for part of it.

Anyway TMZ got the audio, it’s everywhere now even here on the nation:

Edit: ^ nevermind that’s what you were talking about. Yeah, I saw it on nawright just a few minutes ago.

I have more respect for Obama for his statement towards Kanye.

But more importantly, what does Headhunder think of this?

After watching the Jay Leno interview again I’m gonna say that it was all an act. I didnt really notice it much last night but he was touching his nose through the whole interview. Its not hard for someone to tell him exactly how to talk and how to act in the interview. To retrain him to not show body language while doing so takes more then a day though.

what are you, a gay fish?

What was an act? The apology? May have seemed so.

Several basic moves may have given it away: hand over mouth, hand to nose, and brief, subtle sneers during various sentences.

What “they” say: the hand will cover the mouth as the brain subconsciously tells it to suppress or block the lies being said. The nose touch is due to catecholamine released when lying, which causes the inside of the nose to slightly swell (“Pinocchio Effect”). Intentional lying causes an increase in blood pressure, as well (as does anger), which causes a slight expansion of the nose and irritated nerves.

The subtle sneering when he speaks are known as “microexpressions”, something you may have heard of if you watch the TV show Lie to Me.

These all point to dishonesty and insincerity on his part (except for when he covered his face after Leno mentioned his mother - indicating shame… he started to lie, stopped himself, thought a minute, became ashamed, then started to lie again about how hard his life is).

That is, if you believe in all that mumbo jumbo. It’s not as hard of a science as TV might make it seem.

Comedy Central is Playing the South Park Fish sticks episode OVER and OVER right now in loo of what Kayne did, lol. haha Love it.

Come on, guys. Notoriety benefitting Taylor Swift? Really?

So, people who previously were not into her genre of music (if they were, they’d already know about her) will now show some sort of appreciate for her music by purchasing her album?

Sympathy makes you try out a new genre that you previously didn’t care for?

This incident just polarizes opinion of Kanye even further. People that loved him before won’t “disown” him for this outburst. People that didn’t like him before REALLY hate him now (more fodder). People who didn’t care for him will just call him an idiot and still refuse to listen to him.

The Kanye incident (or perhaps Kanyegate; as its probably only a matter of time before people in the media start calling it that) wasn’t even the biggest of the shocker of the night for me.

It was actually the revelation of how fucked up Lady Gaga is. That chick needs a psychiatrist, a heterosexual friend, a hypnotist and some good weed.
Yeah ya.

Love the internet, fucking love it. Large quantities of comedy gold right there.

Picking out some of the good ones, there’s a ton on there though.
