Pushups - 8/8/8/8 woohoo guess plp is working, added one set.

Cable Pushdown - 13lbs 8/8/8 did a lot of testing sets before, also i’m happy my shoulder isn’t screaming anymore like with previous exercise.

Hanging Leg Raise - 12/9/8/8 started doing with straight leg.

Front Plank - 45 secs and 30secs

4-way Neck Traning - 30 reps each one

PL - 8 shit did one less and forgot about the pullup.

Gained 0.5 inch on arm(that’s officially a record)

lost 1lb and 0.5 inch of waist.

weight at 225lbs and waist at 44.5 inches

3 with 264lbs it was slow! i guess next cycle i’ll just up 5lbs.

One Arm DB Row - 66lbs 8/8/8/8/8 last one with 70lbs

DB Hammer Curl - 31lbs 8 gym closed early had to ditch in the middle.
