gonna give a break for a few hours eat a small protein bar and do more hot tube later till i reach around 178lbs
had my protein bar went to the pharmacy by foot walked hills with coats on by 50 minutes and a single drop of sweat didn’t drop to buy pedialyte and a all natural laxative.
All set last weigh-in for tonight and gonna try to hit the bed after barely sleeping last night.
