DB bench press - 12/12/12/8 44lbs weaker and elbow screamed.

Pec-deck - 5x12 20lbs overdid, should have gone for less reps, elbow slightly flared.

Cable Extensions - 5x12 11lbs weaker =/

Seated Calf Raises - 13 5x15

Front Plank - 2x45secs

Cardio - Elliptical 30 minutes

Sprints - 6 bursts

Incredible how being 30lbs lighter makes sprinting easier and less taxing(DOH!)

EZ Curl - 66lbs 5x6

Assisted Dips - 12/10

Close Grip BP, Triceps Extension, Kickbacks - had to cut them back because right elbow flared up

Reverse Curls - 15/12/10/10

Wrist Curls - 13lbs 4x15

Cardio - Elliptical 20 minutes fast pace 1.5km gonna try to improve this number every cardio workout on elliptical

last cheat meal before the fight.

Muay Thai - 1h30 pad work followed by heavy bag then ended with shadow boxing.

tomorrow is an exciting day gonna train with the japanese and brazilian world team karatekas.

Karate - 1 hour pad work, kihon, sparring, sprawling like a mother fucker

today trained at a millionaire karateka’s house who lives on a golf club and has a dojo he built himself on his own house.

Judging by your photo, you seem to hold black belt in karate, am I right?

yup, that’s right. I’m still a blue belt in bjj, but i don’t like training much with kimono for MMA and i love wrestling and ground control over bjj.

The only problem it seems my weight loss stalled at around 196lbs, 15 days to go. Time to go squat.
