Cardio - 1h it was supposed to be cardio, but my legs are very sore from yesterday, so i decided just to play around doing some different exercises for lats, biceps, chest and triceps in form of circuit.

MMA - 1h worked on takedowns and ground n pound. During a shot for a single, he sprawled and i pulled something, i think my left rhomboid, i hope its not a strain.

took the day off today and took lots of anti-inflammatory

Fasted Cardio - 35 minutes 2.5km brisk incline walking pace

So back still hasn’t healed, fuck i’m going to the orthopedist check this out.

So injury still not healed was eager to train so i ended doing anything that wouldn’t involve my upper back.

Leg Extension - 2x15

Horizontal Leg Press - 5x20

Leg Extension - 2x failure

BW squats - 2 minutes

and now i’m walking like a duck.

i think i got a better shot of calves.
