WTF?
He makes me wonder if I am eating the best way possible.
I wonder if any other pro’s eat like that…
Looking at Cutler’s diet for yesterday…he ate just under 4.5lbs of meat(chicken and beef). Kai is crazy.
I’ve seen some eat about 5lbs of beef or chicken, but Kai is getting twice that. Obviously it is working and apparently explains how he got that damn big.
He always had a bigger than average metabolism and appetite even long before he turned pro…and that vid of him at IHOP confirms the brother can put away massive amounts of food without even thinking about it. I am just impressed. I knew his genetics were great…but damn.

500-1000G OF PROTEIN A DAY!?
500 isn’t that hard. I get at least 450-500 right now from protein shakes and steaks all day. However, 1000 is a fucking job in itself. He must literally not do much else but eat, sleep and train all day.
I eat 2lbs of meat a day at 190, i’d prob have to be 175-180lbs to have a six pack.
I can easily see 9-10lbs of meat a day as a plausible amount when you are a ripped 310lbs!
If I could afford 3-4lbs of steak/fish a day I’d have no hesistation in doing so. Right now I can only get in enough protein (I don’t actually know how much I need, but i’d rather have slightly more than slightly less) if I have a few protein shakes.
BTW did you guy look at that Carnivor protein Kai was talking about? It’s the first beef protein isolate, interesting.

It really depends on your overall diet. I eat 3lbs a day right now plus about 160gr of protein in shakes. However, these are high quality steaks and I’m dieting. He is also keeping his carbs low right now so protein has to be increased. My protein intake is actually a little lower when gaining because carbs take up much more of my food intake.

I’ve heard House say that at one point in the past year or two, he was eating 2-3 lbs of shrimp per meal. You can bet that when you get into the upper echelons of the IFBB, you aren’t going to see any of this .9g per kg lean body mass bullshit. These guys eat like it’s their job, and in Kai’s case, it really is.
It is ridiculous how much size he has put on.
If you watch his posing routine from the Colorado pro or whatever it was when he competed in 07 and then go and watch this video or even his posing routine from the arnold it’s unbelievable.
I think this video touches on numerous topics newbies would benefit greatly from ie; progressively lifting heavy compound weights and doing basic stuff no nonsense training.

I know what you mean.
As much as I love Kai, and admire him as a person, his physique is one of freakiness and he has pretty much reached what I’d call ‘the aesthetical limit’ for his body.
He’s just developed this blocky look to him just from the sheer amount of muscle packed onto his frame.
This is why I’m torn between him and Phil Heath for the Mr. O
Phil isn’t as big, but just has a more streamlined look. Kai is just freaky mass that’s pushing past the aesthetical side of it all.

I think once he cuts down he wont have that “blocky” look.
If he does end up showing up at the O blocky I’m sure his posing will aid him in that respect.
