What does Kai normally compete at? I was under the impression he competes at around 240. If that’s the case I can’t see how he weighs 310 here. Also, he’s competed twice this year (and won both times) so I can’t see how he could compete at 240, gain 70 pounds and diet it back off before the Olympia. I’m aware of the post contest rebounds but big swings like that just don’t make sense to me.
the difference between him and other mass monsters is the muscle maturity, separation, density…to be that big w/ striated glutes is something Coleman did, but Kai’s legs are beyond ronnie’s even.
Best legs at the O- Kai, if he keeps the waist in, shoulders chest are up a bit and he is as dry on the top as on the bottom…he wins!!!
- kai, phil, dexter, jay the trash heap has spoken!

257 makes a lot more sense. Still a lot of weight to fluctuate so much but Kai is quite the big boy.

Well, if he was damn near 260 at contest, he could be back well over 280lbs in two weeks or less. I’ve seen guys gain up to 20-30lbs right after a contest with most of it being muscle before they start spilling over.

Hey these are the only pics of him really posing in that post. The rest are a few snaps of him working out fully clothed.
jesus, how the hell does he have a biceps peak on his right arm in this pic, lol
and thanks to whoever posted his dancing vid on SAMA, I can’t get that shit out of my head now when I see this guy

Yeah, no doubt. I thought he competed at 240 which is why I was a bit skeptical.
I’m wondering how much heavier he plans on getting over the next couple years, though.

Its weird, I like him more then I like his physique. I really do wanna see him do well, but I wouldn’t wanna see him beat Phil Heath.
I have NEVER seen someone his height weighing over 300lbs LEAN. That alone is the most impressive thing to note. This dude gets heavier than Ronnie Coleman in the off season and has veins running down his arms. I might as well be a newb compared to shit like that.
I know Coleman was like 303 at one show back in maybe…2004-2006? Although, Big Nasty was 2-3 inches taller than Kai…

“the trash heap has spoken”
That’s so awesome, i haven’t heard that in decades. I used to love fragil rock when i was a kid, well until they started singing.
Anyways…Go Phil Heath and Dennis Wolf!

i just realized that your name might be talking about bass as in subwoofers
and not bass as in salt or fresh water
I hope Dexter wins again for the old guys.

That is crazy, no joke. I wonder if he blew up all of the sudden because he started using insulin? Would explain a few things for me.
Looking sick, damn!
Looks like Gregg V? Please…
lol@ the dude picking his ass while he’s looking at kai in that one pic.

HAHAHAHA that made me laugh.
Wow, the thickness of him is beyond belief, and at 5’7" is just sick.
I must be doing something wrong…
I seriously wonder what this dude eats in a DAY as It’s probably all of my meals thrown into one. Hell, everything I eat in a day, he probably shoves into a blender and slams it back as a PWO shake.
Sheesh…
But man I’d love to see an interview with him where he outlines his diet…
