Apparently, he’s weighing about 320 these days.
wtf
I never thought something could be disturbing, funny and impressive all at once.
He is such a good entertainer. Always puts on a good show.
Dude looks like a big gay WartHog… Feel free to disagree with me buT that routine sucked and he should leave shit like that to when he is dancing privately for old rich homosexuals.

If you’re reacting like that to Kai Greene you’ll have a coronary when you watch Melvin Anthony…
I actually like these posing routines, yeah it’s a bit gay but you know what. I find myself bored when watching some bland ass routine of guys going through the motions.
At least this is interesting to watch, a bit over the top at times but interesting none the less.
Other than doing it in nothing but skimpy underwear, there’s not much gay about it. Isn’t that weird shit the cool style dancing these days?
Look up Melvin Anthony too. Kai Green and Melvin Anthony are the two best posers out there…
Man, that was awful.
I guess I prefer old school.
I thought that was bad ass
I’m all for getting creative, but he just didn’t look right doing that “dance”, or whatever it was.
Kai Greene IS an awesome poser (Arnold Classic)… BUT that show tho like the first poster on this thread made me just go WTF??
and to Sick Rick I feel like your just repeating what the rest of the world tells you. “Kai Greene and Melvin anthony are two of the best posers out there”… OKAY… Kai greene will not b one of the best posers out there if he keeps what he did on that show up.

He is actually doing the same moves that he has for years. He just stands out more now and people are questioning it because of the sheer amount of size he is carrying. He is close to 300lbs in that video at least so it is not a surprise that it looks odd since…when the hell have you even seen someone that big dance at all let alone move like they are doing music video choreography?
I agree, his “methods” seem questionable and he is no doubt using the same routine when he dances for money. However, that’s how he pays the bills. He’s odd. He stands out as a result. I really don’t think he cares either.

I wouldnt care
his goal from the begining was to be different from everyone else afterall.

Newb, if you ever decide to take up actual bodybuilding… You’ve just found your ideal routine ;D
Dude’s a monster!
That routine is monstrous too, though. And not in a good way.
I’m partial to the Toney Freeman routine (he posed to “Backseat Action” by T-Pain at this year’s Olympia… awesome).
That was nuts though.

Yeah I agree he isn’t that great in this particular video, but the rest of his routines are very well choreographed and I imagine them pretty difficult to perform.
I thought it was cool to see somebody that built to be able to dance like that. Kudos for the guy to sticking to what makes him, him.
I think you have to keep in mind that it’s a guest posing, which is nothing more than a performance. I can understand why some may not dig it, but you still have to give him some credit. To those who have some doubt, check this:
His posing routines are a little less out there for actual contests, and are unbelievable. He’s able to blend the traditional posing routine with his creativity, and you have a great routine. Bodybuilding shows can be boring, but if there were more guys pushing the envelope like Kai, they’d be infinitely more entertaining.
