Kai at 9 Weeks Out - 297lbs & Lean KABOOM!

Kai rocked that interview unlike any other bodybuilder I’ve seen. I know of no others who can get their point across without looking like a total meat head. That was also the most positive public look at bodybuilding I’ve seen in at least 15 years on tv.

I know for a fact that most of the people talking shit about him couldn’t carry themselves that well on camera.

Also…no huge gut which, along with his massive IHOP emptying superpowers, should show most that their judgment apparently doesn’t expect 300lbs guys to eat like 300lbs.
I didn’t get to see the whole thing because I was getting ready for work, but I only saw Phil speak and felt he also did an awesome job representing bodybuilding and seeming very educated and personable…It was great stuff. Hope they have the whole thing on the web soon enough.

LMAO at the interviewers’ faces in slow-mo when kai hits the back double bi… looks like they’re going “ohhhhhhh nooooooooo”

The whole “bicep… tricep” part reminded me of a kid’s show. You know… They should TOTALLY have some kid’s show with bodybuilders or what not. That would be awesome.

But I agree, Kai did come off very well. I’m glad to see the sport getting some more exposure

Like I posted in the other thread on their ESPN debut, Heath was the correct person to speak at this.

I like Hidetada, I hope he finishes top ten.

Dennis wolf just seems so huge tho. I think his height really helps him out.

I dunno about other kids, but my 3 year old nephew fucking LOVES bodybuilding. One time he was over and I was watching the Ironman(I think) and he was a little meh at first, and then someone hit a double bi and he was all smiling and having a good time, stood up and tried to mimic a posing routine off the stream. Now everytime I get to see him he wants to watch a youtube clip of ‘muscle dudes’ and when he asks to see it he does his own little front double bi. I should get a phone that takes not horrific quality video and get some of this on youtube one day.

Agreed, I said the same thing to my buddies regarding Heath.

Yeah for real. Hidetada and Wolf don’t speak english well enough, Kai can ramble on SOMETIMES and Dexter can take too long to string togther sentences SOMETIMES. Phil seems very eloquent in speech. All the “All bodybuilders are meatheads” people can take that shit to the bank.

I love it when he says “I dont know if I can match up to the great Dexter Jackson, but I’ll try”.

Hehe that was a sick vid to watch, Kai always seems to enjoy what he’s doing, I think he was glad to have the opportunity to show a mass audience on what BBing is really all about. Change some pre-conceptions.

Is this clip where they interview Heath on youtube?

Why are you here?

Meet Roelly Winklaar.
Recent shot of Roelly

And another guy known for some not too shabby arms. I don’t particularly like the way he hits this shot, sort of playing into his main weakness(slightly narrow) but those arms are just ridiculous and legs look improved as well. Probably just hiding his “gut” lol

Should be a good Olympia
