K.Baggett's Vertical Jump Program

Well on my own I got my vert from about 24"(natually), to 31"(trained). In all honesty I don’t play competitive sports, I just played street ball etc, and the main reason I tried this is because I’m a performance whore.

I’m one of those guys who wants to be walking down the street and point at a sign thats over 10’ high and say…think I can touch it? Wanna put money on it? And just fuckin fly. I like being better than people. So anyways my vert is back down again, but I’ve only gained like 15lbs since my 31" and it’s mostly muscle.

But i’m stronger I just lack in the whole reactive thing. But started doing plyos again. As for Kelly I find his stuff interesting. I would like to hear others testimonials.

kelly’s book is raw it has alot of info in it the only problem is… its 40 damn dollors! on the 4real what do you guys think our money comes from? lol

From your thug dizzle?

and u know this… MAN!!

I honestly think the book was worth more then 40 dollars, but thats me i guess.

To KB or anybody else who might know…

Is there any difference between the e-book and the print version?

If you get 1 new idea from it, it’s worth it. After awhile of buying these vert/speed programs you’ll know your stuff. Plus, reading all the great stuff on here, WHICH IS FREE!

After learning & trying out what works for you, you can then design your very own vert programs for youself.

Kelly Bagget summed up -

  1. He is amazing and knows his shit.
  2. You can learn everything he teaches on this here website for free instead of paying for it

they are the same, ebook has color

If you spend some time reading Kelly’s shit, Inno-sport, and JackM (on the DB Hammer discussion board) you would learn a lot neat things.

Hey have yo guys seen much of his bodybuilding and diet related information?

His diet stuff falls in line with JB’s work.

He does have some info on food allergies, which I think is valuable.

Kelly is a Smart dude, but I know JackM is smarter!

Never heard of this JackM person, who is he?

JackM posts on another site. His methods are very cutting edge and top secret. It took me months to earn my secret decoder ring and join his club

"did you guys read that "shit or get off the pot series he wrote?? Yeah, sounds a lot like Berardi rolling eyes

you really can’t place a value on developing a 34" vertical. I mean how much money would it be worth to you to throw down a 2 hand tomahawk slam over some punk who talks trash at the courts??? That’s the question you have to ask yourself.

Especially if you play street ball or in a premiere summer league in one the NE’s bigger cities (NYC, Philly, B-More) there are tons of ladies watching. Guess what they like to see?? Thats right–the high flyers.
The point? Get your FULL SQUAT to 2xbw. Then develop power all along the force curve.

I just started the 10th week of one of his programs, i have went from a 24" vert to 27.5" vert, my last measurement was after week 8. I am really happy with the results so far, worth the money for sure.

Any updates on the guys who’ve tried Kelly’s stuff?? I asked for the VJB for X-mas and should be starting his stuff early next year. My goal is to be able to dunk at 5’10".

Dammit Squattin, I know you’re joking, but that’s the last type of attention Inno-Sport needs.

Please people, don’t believe him, there are no decoder rings…anymore.

Seriously though, I do agree about the JackM part. Pure genius. We all, Kelly included, would do well to learn from him.

Hmm… RJ, I guess JackM didn’t let you in his top-secret myodynamically-regulated, cross-levitation analysis club. Not only do we have decoder rings, but we also have secret handshakes.
