Took my daughter to dance so I killed some time in the gym. The 6:15 pm crowd is a helluva lot stronger than the 4:15 am crowd! (especially since Wilson is the only stupid lifter in the gym at 4:15 am) Paul Bossi ( the prez of the 100% Raw Federation) was benching 415 for reps of 8. That was humbling to watch… I didn’t have a plan yesterday but I will in the future.

Not much to report. I will shoot for another 2 a day tomorrow. It is the 3rd dance class of the week for the daughter. Hopefully I will have some muscles and more strength by the end of dance season!

I remember your daughter getting strep a lot last year. Poor kid. I got all boys so no ‘womanhood’ talk ever around my place. Only spitting,swearing and talking about boobs. But only when mom’s not around.

The only male I have is the dog. It’s a rat terrier that acts like a freaking cat half the time. The doc said they dont reccomend the tonsils out until she has it 7 or 8 times a year. she had it 5 times last year. We are going to insist on her going to a specialist. I’m not putting her through 8 rounds of Z-packs.

It was a quick one this morning. Since the daughter has a 2 1/2 hour dance class tonight, I’ll go in and bench with the strong fellas. I’m going to see if i can over train in the coming months… HAHA should be interesting!

I don’t really believe in over training as long as you training smart. Benching with the strong guys helps you improve. BTW You’ve hit ugly strong. Your lifts are all looking good and will continue to get better. I think you’ll take the plunge someday and enter a meet.

I felt like I had a pretty good workout. I guess I didn’t work hard enough, no real DOMS for me, and its 2 days later. I like this expanded training format. I think I’m going to work myself into the ground for a few months.

I hope I can continue at this pace. I don’t know why I’m doing it other than I guess I enjoy torture. Maybe that’s why I make my career in the sawmill business…
