I just finished reading and I really like the layout of the north of vag & “simplest strength template” and was looking for a quick confirmation.
Would a typical workout consist of…?
- Warm up
Foam rolling
Stretching - 5/3/1 workout
Main lift (5/3/1 pr set where weight and reps depend on the week)
“big” assistance lift (seems like a slight variation of the main lift is used)
Accessory (lats/triceps/ab work) - Conditioning
Hill/Prowler
